Districts of Rajasthan – Rajasthan is the largest state of India by area and 7^th by population. Rajasthan is a state in north India covering 10.4 % of the total geographical area of India. Comprising the Thar desert on the western side.

Previously there used to be 33 districts of Rajasthan but on 17th March 2023, the chief minister Shri. Ashok Gehlot declared a list of 19 new districts with Jaipur and Jodhpur districts to be divided into 2 parts , hence Rajasthan now has 50 districts in total.
